For rooms occupied by pets, an extra cleaning service is provided for your stay (there may be a minimum charge of 25€ per day for each room with a pet). This deep cleaning is mandatory in order to re-establish an allergenic-and-pest-free environment in the room as per our Cleanliness and Hygiene Standards Our hotel allows up to one domestic dog in a rented room, with a maximum size of 25 lbs (10 kg) per animal.
Other pet types (such as cats or other animals) or pets exceeding the weight limit are allowed at the discretion of each property and require prior approval.
Pet must be always leashed or wearing a muzzle when passing by any common areas.
Even if the hotel allows it, it’;s best to always have someone in the room with your pet. That way, you can keep your pet from making too much noise or damaging the room. The room cannot be serviced if the pet is alone in the room unless in a cage.
Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets.
Pet-owners are responsible for:
–; cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighbourhood
–; all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge
guest’;s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
