Cleaning and sanitizing of environments

Our already high standards of cleanliness and hygiene have been raised further.
At every departure the room and bathroom are completely sanitized, sanitized and ventilated.
Toiletries are all disposable.

More frequent cleaning of air conditioning systems

The frequency of filter cleaning has been maximized with the use of suitable disinfectant products.

Safety equipment for guests and hotel staff

To guarantee a high level of safety, specific PPE equipment has been provided for both hotel staff (depending on the tasks performed) and for the guest such as alcoholic gel dispensers, available in some public areas to sanitize your hands.

Reorganization of common spaces

Based on the social distancing rules defined by the Prime Ministerial Decrees and regional ordinances, the spaces in the common areas have been reorganized to guarantee guests and staff an adequate level of safety. Special signs have been set up that will help guests maintain a distance of 1 m, to follow the anti-contagion rules.

We have informed and trained all staff on the new procedures, service standards and equipment required by the Security Protocol.
